Redacted Decision Records from live client engagements, indexed by date and topology—capturing context, options evaluated, trade-offs, and system consequences. This is our most honest proof of practice.
Engineering Standards
Testing Infrastructure
Unit and integration test suites cover core business logic, with contract testing enforced across service boundaries. Coverage telemetry pending publication (see Evidence Discipline, §1.5).
Code Review Protocol
No merges to protected branches without secondary review and green CI checks. System-level changes mandate an ADR prior to review, never post-hoc.
Continuous Integration
Automated linting, static type checking, unit/integration runs, and production build verification on every pull request. Ephemeral deploy previews automatically provisioned on Cloudflare Pages.
Definition of Done
Code is tested, documented, peer-approved, and its architectural reasoning logged—not merely deployed.
Security & Governance
Continuous automated dependency scanning with defined remediation windows for critical CVEs per service tier.
Zero credentials in source control. Enforced environment-isolated secrets per deployment target.
Scheduled according to active service level agreements.
Triage, immediate client notification, and root-cause postmortem. Public historical log currently in active development.
Uptime & Telemetry
Public, dated uptime logs and incident metrics will go live following our first full quarter of published measurement. We disclose pending telemetry rather than publishing arbitrary SLA claims.
Open Source
Repositories and core contributions from engineering leadership are linked via GitHub in the footer. A live API telemetry feed is in development; until then, profiles remain directly inspectable.
